When you step foot in Bodytech, you will quickly realize one thing. Bodytech is a
no-nonsense, get down to business type gym.  With such brands as Hammer Strength, Cybex, Flex, and Icarian, you can be sure that you are working out with the same equipment as many well known body builders.  Whether it is the large selection of free weights,  the unique boxing area, or the great cardio equipment, Bodytech has something for everyone.

   
Machines

Bodytech offers a wide variety of well maintained machines. With brand names like Hammer Strength, Cybex, Icarian, and Flex, you can be assured that you will get a full body workout. These machines are designed to target all the major muscle groups including arms, shoulders, back, legs and Abs.
Free Weights

Bodytech offers a wide range of free weights. Everything you would expect to find in a well equipped gym, and then some. Bodytech is best known for its extensive free weight section. We offer two styles of dumbbells, ranging from 5 pounds to 170 pounds.  Adding to the free weight section is a nice selection of fixed weight barbells ranging from 10 pounds to 110 pounds. Also, Bodytech offers heavy duty benches, squat racks, cages, self spotting military press, smith machine, and much more.
Cardio Equipment

Bodytech offers a wide array of cardio equipment.  The facility includes Treadmills, Ellipticals, Cross Trainers, Stairmasters, steppers, bikes , and a rower.
Boxing Area

Probably one of Bodytech's most unique features is our large, spacious boxing area.  A hard to find feature at most gyms, Bodytech offers several different style punching bags:
  • Heavy Bag
  • Speed Bag
  • Water Bag
Bodytech also has gloves, jump ropes and medicine balls available upon request, and for no additional fee.
Aerobics Room

The aerobics room is equipped with Mats, Stability Balls, Bosu Ball, Medicine Balls, Stretch Bands, dumbbells and a balance rail for stretching and all floor exercises.
