With an instructor and high-energy music, you are led on an
imaginary journey that allows you to capture the energy and
adventure of outdoor cycling. Spinning allows you to utilize
low-impact aerobics to improve your fitness level,
cardiovascular endurance, tone and shape your lower body and
BURN FAT!

YOGA
In a safe and supportive environment with our experienced
instructors, you will learn how to listen to your body’s needs
and respect its limitations through gentile stretching and
breathing. New members of any level of fitness are encouraged to
attend.

BODY BOOT CAMP
Tired of the same old aerobics class? Take your workout to the
next level with our innovative instructors; no class will be the
same. BBC emphasizes the importance of variety in your workout,
combining varied cardio and strength training exercises.
